| Peggy Condon: Copper |
|
PEGGY’S COPPER
Copper, a one year old bichon frise/shih tzu cross, is a recent addition to our family. He was born on a farm in central Alberta. Coming to the big city brought all kinds of challenges and experiences like meeting a new family and adjusting to new noises. In the last 10 months he has blossomed into a great family pet that can now go for a nice long walk. When Copper first arrived, his nick name was mop because of how he, with his long hair, sprawled out on his belly and wouldn’t move when we wanted to walk him. He was the talk of the street and of course he would be picked up and carried home. He has brought a great deal of laughter and joy to our family and to the whole street. Copper loves to watch the street activities from his special vantage point (his own stool in front of the window). His interests include: playing fetch, chasing and wrestling with oven mitts, digging in the snow and meeting new dogs. With his unconditional love and companionship, he truly has the ability to bring out the best in everyone in our home.
