PAT’S BARNEY & CLEO

About Barney
Barney is a two year old poodle/bichon frise mix.  Barney has a dynamic personality, lots of energy and does not miss a thing that happens in his environment.  He loves attention, is very lively and loves to play fetch.  Although he follows me around like a shadow, he does not like to be held.  He likes to sit close to his special humans.  Barney is very easy to train and thrives on positive reinforcement.  Barney contributes to my wellness daily.  His love of life, his humorous and lively nature and his unconditional love puts things into perspective for me.  Barney’s keen love of walking and playing outdoors helps me stay consistent with my walking program.  Often Barney’s funny behavior or attitude will make me smile or laugh.  Everyone that comes to our home or to my office loves Barney and recognizes his kind gentle nature.  Barney is our third family dog.  We had a Saint Bernard and a miniature dachshund who will never be forgotten and who are often the topic of many stories in our home.

About Cleo

Cleo is about nine years old and has six toes on each foot.  She is a contented cat who is used to dogs and enjoys Barney.  We had the luxury of having both Cleo’s mother and father as pets.  She loves to run around the house, play with her hanging toys, lay in piles of laundry and suntan on the cat condos.  Cleo follows me everywhere I go just like a dog, which is different from other cats we have had.  She has a deep comforting purr and carries a great presence.
